Program Description more...

The Florida Southern Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program prepares physical therapy practitioners through dynamic engaged learning experiences and equips them with skills to provide patient-centered, evidence based care.

Our DPT classes are all face-to-face and limited to just 36 students. In this intimate setting, you’ll have the benefit of hands-on learning and extra attention from your professors. The program is offered in an accelerated format: in seven total semesters over approximately 28 months.

Florida Southern College has invested millions of dollars in constructing brand new classrooms and laboratories in a state of the art building.

All of our seven full-time school of physical therapy faculty members are doctorally prepared and have unique specialty expertise in such areas of neurological, musculoskeletal, or cardio pulmonary physical therapy. Five of the seven have advanced doctoral degrees.
