Practice Description: Acute and chronic conditions are treated at the YMCA with manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, dry needling, aquatic therapy and Pulsed Electromagnetic Frequency (PEMF) therapy. We also use cupping, TNS and kinesiotaping.

Professional Biography Information
I have worked at an acute hospital and an industrial rehabilitation company that specialized in work hardening and work conditioning. In 1997, I started Alternatives in Physical Therapy at the Greater Springfield YMCA. The premise of my practice was to offer manual techniques and exercise prescriptions to assist my patients in managing their pain and improving their functional level. The YMCA offers a unique setting in which to provide manual therapy, exercise prescriptions and aquatic therapy.

I have been a physical therapist since graduating from Springfield College with a Masters of Science degree in 1990.
